I’ve been training at CrossFit ATR for a year now, and it has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve made. From day one, I felt welcomed and motivated. The coaches are definitely the best part of this place. They are professional, supportive, and always make sure you’re performing movements correctly. You can tell they genuinely care about your progress and love what they do. The gym is also equipped with excellent equipment, and everything is always in great condition. There are plenty of activities and classes that not only help you improve physically but also make working out fun and a great way to connect with others. After a year, I can confidently say I’ve improved my fitness level and found an amazing community. Highly recommended! 💪🔥

BEST GYM IN SD!!! don't waste ur time trying other crossfit gyms- been there done that. just come straight here I PROMISE YOU. thorough warm-ups, amazing coaches, close community, and the workouts have a perfect combination of a strength portion first and a WOD after. they even offer weightlifting classes 2x/wk which have improved my lifts SO MUCH! this place is no joke- i can't say enough good things. 10/10 recommend!!!

Great atmosphere and an awesome community! The coaches at ATR CrossFit are knowledgeable, supportive, and push you to do your best while keeping workouts safe and scalable for all levels. The facility is clean, well-equipped, and the workouts are always challenging and fun. Highly recommend!!

I’ve had a good experience at ATR CrossFit. The coaching is solid, workouts are well structured, and they pay attention to proper form and scaling when needed. Good environment to train in, and the community is supportive without being over the top. A well-run gym overall.

No more repetitive boring workouts at your local commercial gym! ATR provides challenging workouts daily, combining strength, cardio, agility, and mobility for total-body training. The coaches and staff who hold you accountable and encourage you are a bonus :) Wish I had joined CrossFit out sooner!
