Have been seeing Coach B for personal training for 3+ months. Loving the diversity of the exercises we've been doing, and the fact that I have 24/7 access to the gym. Coach B having a new "workout of the day" on the board each day is perfect for when I don't have 1on1 training

Training with Coach B has been an absolute game-changer, not just for my fitness, but for my attitude toward working out in general. He is the perfect mix of chill and hilarious, which makes every session feel less like a workout and more like hanging out with a really fit, really funny friend who also happens to push you to be your best. He knows when to crack a joke to distract you from that last brutal set, and when to dial it in and motivate you to push past your limits. The vibe is always relaxed but focused no pressure, no ego, just good energy and solid results. Also looking for a friend to train with so if you’re reading this, message me :)

Brandon is the best. I have been training with him for almost 2 years and I keep coming back for more. I am not the most consistent at prioritizing working out, but he has been great at keeping me on track and even helped me bounce back after a broken foot. He keeps things up beat and can make me look forward to an hour long gym session.

I came in after a hip injury and PT, but struggled with back pain from poor training elsewhere. Coach B completely turned things around. He corrected my form, rebuilt my strength properly, and I’ve been pain-free for a year now. Can’t recommend him enough.
