Super glad I found this Club Pilates for more traditional, classical Pilates flows. So many other studios in the area do their own take on Pilates, which may be fun, but wasn’t what I was looking for. I’ve been enjoying the 1.5 classes for the challenge, particularly Jennifer’s.

A positive experience at the CP Bankers Hill location EZ parking and studio is clean. Instructor Nathalie is personable, friendly and knowledgeable. The use of hand straps while performing clamshells is a great workout on the glutes. Nathalie gave options, continuously checked form and by calling our names she provides encouragement.

Just moved away and currently trying new gyms in my new town and ran back here to rave about this place because of how much nothing compares. M-F: Cheri, Alexandra, Nathalie, Alyson, Alexandra - all amazing in their own ways. The moves make sense, the flow is great, you’ll feel better, and be stronger. Do yourself a favor and get the unlimited and book your favs in advance (you’ll need to)!!

Today we had a 1.5 Reformer flow with Dayna. She was wonderful! Very attentive and friendly! It would be great to see more of her at the Bankers Hill studio!

Alexandra is an exceptional instructor whose precise cues and clear instruction make every class easy to follow and highly effective. Over the past three years, she’s helped me grow from a complete novice to confidently taking 2.0 classes. Her guidance has been instrumental in my progress and enjoyment of Pilates.
