Bodyrok is my go-to Pilates studio. I love Hailey and Molly’s classes. They’re always challenging in the best way. My core has gotten stronger since I started going. +ending my week with a class right before the weekend is my favorite routine!

I’m obsessed with this workout & the classes are extremely hard. No other Pilates studio is as hard as this studio. It is a 50 minute full body workout and every time I leave the class feeling amazing and strong. All the instructors are amazing I feel like other studios instructors aren’t as hard and I don’t leave the class feeling sore already! 10/10 recommend. Membership works at all Bodyrok San Diego locations. I love them all! La Jolla, bankers, one Paseo, 4S, Encinitas and soon Carlsbad !!

I love Bodyrok to get in shape. Plus it’s low impact which is really important to me since I’m dealing with an ACL injury. Studio is really nice and I love the playlists the instructors use!

I’ve done bodyrok for 2 years and no other studio compares. The workout hits every part of your body every time. It will be challenging the first few classes but consistency is key, and you will be rewarded with great balance in your muscle tone! I love the variety of class times and all the instructors I’ve had are great but I love Heathers classes, her music and pace are my favorite.

Pros: nice people, value for money, class all times of the day, aesthetically pleasing, Heather is a very helpful and motivating instructor. Cons: opposite of beginner friendly(forget it if you’re recovering from injuries), parking is pretty bad(arrive 15 mins early), no class level variation, and equipment is not the most hygienic but tolerable. Overall, all classes are intense and very fast paced. If you’re advanced, athletic, and love a hard challenge this place is for you. As a beginner (4 months experience) I love a challenge but the fast paced vibe felt like boot camp. There’s no stretching for 5-10 secs between workouts, just go go go and it’s simply not for me.
