I love taking classes at Studio Barre Mission Hills. The studio is adorable, staff members are always kind and helpful. Also, the classes are amazing. I never got a Barre instructor or choreography that I didn’t enjoy. It’s a great workout, plus it is really fun. 💪

I had the pleasure of attending a class hosted by Sylvia, and I can confidently say she was absolutely incredible! From the moment the class started, Sylvia's energy was contagious — she kept the atmosphere lively, engaging, and fun. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, but she also took the time to make sure everyone felt comfortable and confident in their learning. Sylvia was always approachable, friendly, and willing to answer any questions, making the entire experience feel personal and supportive. I truly left feeling inspired and ready for another class! She’s an amazing instructor, and I would highly recommend her class!

My first barre class was a success. I decided to drop in with a friend that’s visiting on 9/9/25. Meghan G was our instructor. I felt included and free of judgement in the studio. Her class was grounding and healing. I appreciated her therapeutic approach to the session. I learned that she is a clinical psychologist, which made sense and was well translated in her class. My legs have never shaken so much! The music was also bomb! I would highly recommend!

This is a great studio! They been around for a while and it’s always been wonderful. I am generally working out to be healthy but can’t say I LOVE working out lol. But classes here always make me feel welcomed and challenged. The instructors are always really friendly and inclusive, even though I am not a regular or a barre pro like some of the others - that’s so rare these days! I find myself coming back here for a session time after time. Barre is hard but so good for you! Also love that they have many class times on different days too.

I’ve never felt so welcomed in a place! Barre is an amazing workout and I feel twice as strong just after a couple of months and I’ve even brought in a friend to join the fun. Every single instructor is welcoming and helpful, and the owner is an absolutely wonderful woman. I’ll definitely be continuing with Studio Barre! Sylvia and Zoë are the best!
