Got access during my stay at Hotel Republic which is right across the street. The gym is clean and feels spacious because not too many people visit it. I went at 5pm on a weekday and didn't have to wait to use any equipment. There is a separate room at the back for classes. There's even a sauna in the locker rooms. The gym doesn't have all the machines you'd need, but it has enough weights and bands and medicine balls and stuff for you to be able to make a full body workout.

Incredible facility. Had the opportunity to visit while working in the building and staying across the street at the Hotel Republic. Great weights and racks for heavy lifts and plenty of cardio equipment. Showers and saunas also.

I’ve been a member of Balanced Fit since 2019 and I swear by it. The membership prices are reasonable, it’s always clean, never too crowded, and the staff is so caring. The owner, Rodrigo, is always around and takes care of his members. Their new little Italy location is so chic! Big fan of the Pilates classes.

This gym is pristine and so well maintained. The equipment is consistently in great working order, the locker rooms are virtually spotless, and the location can’t be beat. Love being a member here.

Tatum was so kind and helpful! We dropped in to check out the gym for the following day and she got us all set up and gave us a tour so we would be prepared for our workout tomorrow! Definitely recommend and will return! Thank you Tatum!
