Member for 6 years here, very clean and cosy gym. Management, trainers, and staff are all very nice and welcoming. Doesn’t get overly crowded like the big gyms. Highly recommended!

Balanced Fitness & Health is in a super convenient spot, and I love how private it feels. There’s no crazy rush hour, so I never feel like I have to fight for space or equipment. The classes are seriously amazing—great energy, great instructors, and a solid workout every time. Definitely a top-tier gym experience!

An amazing very clean gym. It has everything you need including a sauna in the locker rooms. High end equipment, great music, friendly staff and plenty of space for both cardio, weight lifting and the kickboxing equipment was a nice surprise.

I have been attending balanced fitness for years now and I have always enjoyed my experience here. The staff is great, equipment is excellent, and they always make it a clean and friendly environment. Definitely recommend if you live in the downtown area.

The whole Balance Fitness team is great! However, Sherry stands out with a warm welcome to all the guests that walk in to the gym. I also had a situation where my class confirmation said the wrong address and she took the time to give me the class herself. The facility is always very clean and ready for use. Not crowded usually. Has showers, lockers and a sauna!
