Members consistently praise the gym for its cleanliness, modern equipment, and relaxed, uncrowded atmosphere. They highlight the convenience of 24/7 access and find the membership pricing very reasonable. Specific coaches like Ethan and Will receive direct commendation for being professional, knowledgeable, and effective. Been going here since they opened over a year ago and I love the relaxed atmosphere! It’s never too busy (peak M-Th 430-630 can be busy-ish but still get space ok) love the ability to come early morning or late night too. It’s basic equipment but has everything you need to strength train/stretch/some cardio. Cool community too.

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to offer help and support. I love the convenience of 24/7 access, which means I can work out whenever it fits my schedule. The gym also has a great range of amenities, including private showers, changing rooms, a sauna, and tanning. Overall, I'm really happy with my experience at Anytime Fitness Mission Hills and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great gym in the area.

I really like this gym, it's super cozy, everything is brand new, everything is super clean, the location is great and the price is affordable. The only things that bother me are: not having a bathroom upstairs, the fact that sometimes the radio is too loud, and I don't find the instructors friendly; they only talk to who they want to talk to and never try to connect with the students. I miss that. Two things happened to me at this gym that bothered me a lot. Once, a blonde girl who works at reception approached me very rudely, speaking loudly to me in front of other people about my inactive membership. I didn't like her speaking to me that way; she could have called me into the office and spoken to me privately, not in front of other people, loudly and rudely. I didn't appreciate that. Another thing that happened to me was when I was doing squats on the machine, and the weight fell because I forgot to put on those little things that hold the weight in place to prevent it from falling. The instructor was right next to me, and he didn't... He asked if I was okay, and didn't even offer to help pick up the weights from the floor or even remove the barbell from my back because it ended up unbalanced as one weight fell to the floor and the other remained on the bar. The instructor was right next to me, but he just kept going and did nothing. (Actually, I think he's a personal trainer and also one of the owners of the gym, I think.) But anyway, he's part of the gym team; he could have helped me pick up the weight or even removed the bar from my back so I could have more mobility to put the bar in a place to pick up the weight from the floor. I apologized because I startled him and the student who was next to him, but he ignored the situation. This would never happen in my country. I know Americans are cold, but I found this particular situation very unpleasant. But maybe it's cultural; I'm not used to it because in my country people tend to talk more, converse more, the instructors try to get closer to the students, and the management is more present. But that's just my opinion, but I really like the gym. For me, it's a total success.
