reviewsWhat Members Say

Members praise the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff, particularly noting front desk employee Mark's positive energy. Many appreciate the community feel and lack of overcrowding compared to larger gyms. However, numerous reviews cite significant maintenance issues including broken cardio machines, worn equipment with unreadable weight labels, and facility problems like leaking locker rooms and non-functional showers. The gym is described as outdated with poor ventilation and limited specialty equipment, though some members accept it as a functional, no-frills option.

Mark is truly the best at the front desk. He greets every single person who walks through the door with a genuine smile and a positive attitude that instantly makes them feel welcome. No matter how busy it gets, he stays calm, professional, and kind, creating an inviting atmosphere for both guests and staff. His energy sets the tone for the entire space, and his consistency, warmth, and attention to detail never go unnoticed. Mark doesn’t just check people in, he makes a lasting first impression.

ared to other 24 Hour Fitness locations, this location ranks very high on my list. Multiple dedicated rooms to cardio all located upstairs. One main floor for weights and weight machines. Large Group X room with plenty of equipment. Although there is only one squat rack and smith machine. I would come here again. There are some issues that I don’t mind. There is no sauna, steam room, or swimming pool. There’s no combination lockers so bring a lock. The weight machines are great. They have PLENTY of weights and you never have to wait on a pair. There’s enough opened space so it doesn’t feel cramped. The parking situation is weird but it seems free for those working out. Since the gym is a little outdated, you don’t get people that try to record their workouts. The gym community seems extremely nice and welcoming. I had no issues with the people or the machines. I would choose this smaller location over the massive, overcrowded influencer gym that always seems packed throughout the day.

Idk how this gym is so highly rated and I understand it's the lowest tier 24 hour fitness club as an "active", but dang, it's kind of sad even for an "active". It's much smaller than in the pictures. The main gym room has like no windows, it's all sad lighting, and the ventilation is poor. They have a few fans and looks like what is AC but doesn't work well. Not a ton of equipment. Padding on a lot of them feel worn out. Only one platform. Only one flat barbell bench press station. No real open area for bodyweight/free weight movement. Women's locker room leaking water from the ceiling from multiple spots.

I reached my breaking point with this place today. I go in because it’s a no-frills gym near me and the staff are always incredibly kind and professional. But there are just a couple of glaring issues that I think really need to be addressed. First, a lot of the machines are so worn down that you can’t even see the weight on the stack that you’re lifting. I don’t think it would be a huge push financially to just invest a little bit in small things like that, like stickers indicating the weight, to make your gym more functional to people. The other thing that got me really frustrated. Today was the showers. Since I went this morning before work, I decided to take my shower there as well, and I was so frustrated. In the entire locker room only one shower worked. And that shower drain was absolutely not draining. About two minutes into my shower I realized I was standing in a puddle of dirty water. I understand if maybe this gym is too old and just can’t invest money in keeping these kinds of amenities in good shape. I can accept that if it’s clearly noted. A roll of caution tape to close off something that is not meant to be used is also not a huge financial push.

24 hour fitness has dropped the ball! I got on 5 broken elliptical machines- all resetting, cannot change the resistance, cannot select a workout. I got on 2 treadmills that say error. Broken leg machines. I am completely disappointed in the way 24 hour fitness has gone down hill to dated gyms. We have been loyal customers and this is the kind of ragged gym that is available to us as members. There are new gyms that take pride in what a gym should - new equipment , massage chairs, red light therapy machines, clean facilities, saunas -like Planet Fitness as I saw working out as a guest. We can’t even get proper functioning equipment lol what perks- I am infuriated that 24 hour fitness runs their gyms this way. They never upgrade! I am rehabilitating from a broken ankle - finally at the gym and Im going from broken elliptical to broken treadmills…..sooooo sad!!! Extremely disappointed. There is a lack of respect 24 hour has for its members that they operate their gyms this way. When has there been a renovation??? .This is a terrible experience getting back to the gym! Owner do something about this outdated location. This was suppose to be a positive time to exercise again but instead I’m going from broken machine to broken machine and now now posting this review.
