YogaSix Land Park

I absolutely love this studio for a ton of different reasons. First off, all the instructors are so personable and welcoming which really makes you want to come back. In every class, they remind you that it's okay to take everything at your own pace and take breaks if needed. To top it off, there is mood lighting to enhance the vibe of each class, and great music too. Each class has a different vibe- but Slow Flow or Restore are great ones to start with for beginners! There are a ton of little things they do to really enhance the whole experience, and it always makes me motivated to keep attending. Definitely a stand out studio, which is why i drive 20+ minutes to class multiple times a week! (even though there are other studios in my area)

My experience has been awesome! Studio is exceptionally clean. Kia is so nice & attentive to your personal needs, as well as the instructors. They are very knowledgeable & personable. Very professional @ their craft. I totally recommend this studio to everyone! ☺️

I started attending classes April 2025. I love their sculpt and flow the most; think yoga mashed up with boot camp fitness. It's challenging and intense. Slow flow and mobility are my other favorites. Shout outs to Valentina, Jo, MJ, Adrien, and Yulia for their strong instruction and welcoming judgement-free energy. Kia, the owner, gets two big thumbs up for putting together and maintaining a clean studio with a healthy of variety of classes. 👍👍

Yoga has opened up a new world for me, and I'm excited to explore it further through Kia sculpt & flow and slow flow classes, despite my initial hesitation as a beginner with no prior workout experience. I attended yoga classes three days a week, and I can confidently say it's been life-changing. Kia's instruction kept things engaging by incorporating various moves, ensuring the sessions never got dull. While her moves presented a challenge, she provided modifications to cater to individual needs. Yogasix Land Park is a fantastic studio with a very modern and clean environment. Kia, the owner, is extremely kind and welcoming, making everyone feel at ease. I highly recommend giving it a try!

if i could give ZERO i would! the studio lacks diversity! Its so corporate & money hungry! This location ruined any yogasix for me honestly. The fact I canceled my membership they still took $ out my account. PISSED not even the word. I emailed to cancel I feel as they prolonged the process to get $ for their 30day policy which is BS. I should've looked at reviews & Saved myself from the shenanigans! Kia the owner is foul and shouldn't run any business period.
