I love this place. It's the oldest studio in Sac and the teachers are really great. Very welcoming for new people. Parking can be very tight bc of where it's located so if you see a spot on surrounding blocks, grab it and walk over. They have Matt's for rent and a locker room- even an outdoor shower!!

Always a great experience at Yoga Loka. Helps relieve stress, detoxifies the body, heart, mind and soul. The practice will give you energy, clarity of heart, mind body and Soul.

Stopped in while I was in town for work and the community here was amazing, they were super welcoming and friendly. The facility and the instructor were awesome, and the showers are outdoors which I thought was very zen and cool. Made for a calming end to the practice that day, I wish I had more time while I was in town to stop in some more but I can't wait to come back.

I’ve been going to this studio for at least a decade or more. I just love Michael and the way he teaches in such a calm way making everyone feel comfortable. I recommend this special studio to all my friends and family 🙏
