I’ve only been working with Micha for about a month now, but wow what a difference it has made! I have been pretty consistent with working out but really needed to focus on the nutrition part and that’s when I got connected with Micha. We had a meeting to discuss my goal and then she went to work! She quickly put together a plan that has been very sustainable and I’ve already seen a huge difference and lost about 9 lbs! Micha has been there for me to answer any questions I have had along the way and is super supportive. She has helped give me that extra push I needed and I can’t thank her enough!
