reviewsWhat Members Say
Members praise the wide variety of activities including trampolines, rock climbing, go-karts, laser tag, and obstacle courses that provide good value for families and birthday parties. However, many report serious concerns about rude and dismissive staff, poor communication during busy times, and inadequate supervision of activity areas. Specific complaints include sanitation issues like overflowing restrooms that weren't promptly addressed, inconsistent rule enforcement about socks, and attractions being closed during operating hours. While some families love the park and return regularly, others have had such negative experiences with customer service and facility conditions that they've decided to take their business to competitors like Sky Zone.

There are many rides and activities to enjoy, and the prices are relatively affordable compared to competitors. However, it can get extremely crowded, and the rides and facilities feel somewhat outdated compared to other parks.

I was not impressed with the professionalism or friendliness of the staff. Not enough staff are supervising the areas. There was a whole group of people sitting on the trampoline in like two whole squares for well over 30 minutes. The rock wall was closed the entire time, and go karts were closed the majority of their play time, which is supposed to be included in their ultimate party. I just genuinely don't feel that this party was worth the price. SkyZone is bigger, has more supervision. Costs more but is way more professional. (We had our party there last year.)

When I asked a simple question, I was met with a dismissive attitude. I stood for 15 minutes under the clearly marked "Pre-Purchased Tickets" sign, only for Sofia to place a "This Lane Is Closed" sign directly in front of me and walk away without saying a single word. There was no explanation, no apology, and no attempt to redirect me. It would have taken seconds to inform me that only one line was open instead of allowing me to stand there wasting my time. To make matters worse, the line was backed up to the door while staff members were sweeping rather than assisting customers. The lack of communication and basic customer service was unacceptable and extremely frustrating. I don't even want to give them one star. The manager was dismissive of others complaining about the same issues so I didn't bother to try to escalate it in house. I am adding to my already horrible customer service experience on 2/15/26. Not only was the front desk staff incredibly rude and dismissive, but during my visit I encountered a serious sanitation issue that made the situation even worse. When I went to the restroom, there was a toilet overflowing with water, toilet paper, and feces. The floor was completely soaked, and people were walking through contaminated water, some children only in their socks. Shockingly, two employees were sitting outside the bathroom door discussing how they "didn't know why there was so much water on the floor," while the restroom remained in that condition. When I exited the restroom, I informed the two employees that there was a toilet overflowing inside. As I walked away, I heard one of the employees mock me by repeating, "There is a toilet overflowing in the bathroom." This behavior was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. A facility should be closed off and properly sanitized immediately when human waste has spread across the floor. The fact that this was not addressed in a timely manner shows a serious disregard for customer health and safety. We left early due to these conditions and the downright rude staff and will not be returning.

I took my son today for a mommy and son day date. He LOVES coming here and we have had his birthday party here twice and always recommend it to our family friends. However, today was not a pleasant experience. We had been there for over an hour already and my son laid down on the trampoline mat for a second and before I could even tell him to please stand up and not do that, a kid who works there wearing thick cowboy boots decided to go onto the mat and talk to my son about getting up.(Mind you, there was another employee prior there the entire time and never said anything to us about his socks) I immediately went up to him to explain my son has autism and does not understand what he is telling him and he kept trying to explain to me how his brother also has autism (well buddy autism is a spectrum and not all people who have autism are the same). I told him again, that my son did not understand and I was coming up to him to explain to him he needs to talk to me not my son so I could be the one to let my son know he needed to get up. The employee then says he was "dumbing it down" so my son could understand. As if my son having autism made him dumb. REALLY?? The employee then tried telling me he was not wearing appropriate socks (he was wearing Sky Zone grippy socks) I was not aware he had to wear the Urban Air socks. The front desk only asked me if we had socks and they did not specify the brand, AGAIN, he has worn Sky zone socks and Urban Air socks didn't think that was an issue but for this employee it was. I then told the employee there were kids not wearing appropriate socks that had zero grip and some were wearing shoes. He did not care and was rude the entire time I tried to politely explain the situation. I at that point was fed up. My son threw a tantrum because he did not want to go change the socks and the employee walked away. I let the manager know about this and I will no longer be bringing my son here. We have other places that accommodate children on the spectrum and who fully understand how hard it is for others to understand our children. This employee needs to take a chill pill over a pair of socks and also learn not to talk to any young child, especially after I rushed over there while he tried talking to my kid so I can be the one to let my child know what not to do. I am the parent not him. Employees like this need better training and empathy. This employee had ZERO. I will take my business elsewhere. There's Enchanted, Sky Zone, Wacky Tacky and he loves those places. This place lacks so much and at this point I refuse to give them my business. I did get to speak to a manager who apologized for the experience we had. Something needs to change. The front desk have always so kind when I explain he can't wear the wrist band due to the sensitivity my son has and does not like having anything around his wrist. This employee was having a power trip over a pair of socks. Give me a break. *I will say before leaving I did go up to the employee and let him know never tell a parent you are "dumbing down" something to their child. Who in the world says that about someone else's kid, regardless of any disorder they may have.
