I joined The Wellness Club over the summer and have loved it ever since! The staff and instructors are all so knowledgeable and kind. I also love the other community members. The gym is extremely welcoming to everyone and they have so many different classes and they suit every skill set. I highly recommend! ❤️

I love the Wellness Club! I've been a founding member since April 2024 and I'm here 3-5 times a week! I love the club because of the variety of classes available: sculpt, spin, yoga, strength, and more. They even hold different pop up events and varying themes for the classes that make working out exciting. The Wellness Club community is extremely welcoming and the front desk staff are super lovely. The best part are the instructors who remember you, are eager to help, excited to see you, and bring the energy you need to work out.

I’ve been going to The Wellness Club for about 6 months and it has drastically changed my workout routine in the best way. It is an inviting and empowering place that fosters community. I’ve taken every class and all the instructors are amazing. I always leave with a smile and genuinely can’t wait until my next scheduled class. From the theme classes to the pop up events, this is the best gym I’ve been to. A must try if you’re in the Sac area.

I’ve been coming to the wellness club since February, and I absolutely love it!! The themed classes are so fun, and the sense of community here is incredible. Every instructor is amazing, welcoming, supportive, and full of positive energy. This place has truly become one of my favorite parts of the week! 🤩

BEST STUDIO EVER!!! I have belonged to many gyms over the years and never have I had such a great experience! I love the variety of classes, each one offering a different type of workout and level of difficulty. The instructors are welcoming, nonjudgmental, and always provide a safe space to push yourself while also listening to your body and allowing yourself to take it slow if need be. They’re helpful and attentive, always there to answer questions and help with modifications. TWC offers a sense of belonging and the feeling of being a part of a close community. The owner is continually working to make every experience positive and fun and a place where you can look forward to having a great workout - and she’s always there to greet you with a welcoming smile 😊 I have finally found a studio that I love!
