My new gym crush is officially The Gym. It’s got everything: so much space, good old school equipment, power lifting energy, spotlessly clean and organized, and all hours access. I would kill to have this at this price at home in New York.

I was just looking for a day pass. This gym blew me away. The equipment is up to date and the powerlifting room is so nice. This gym has the most cables I’ve ever seen. Then people are so friendly. Miriam was very nice and helpful. The cleanliness is excellent. I even saw them move/lift machines to vacuum underneath. If I lived here I would make this my home gym! Great environment.

One of the best I've ever been to, if not the best. Seriously, super clean, the equipment is in excellent condition, the staff is very friendly, and the owner is always there and attentive. Super safe, they're very serious, kind, respectful, and have a family-like atmosphere. I highly recommend them. If I ever have to return to Sacramento, I'll definitely come back here.

Love this gym, been going here for 10 years since I moved to Sacramento. It is clean with well maintained equipment. You can tell the gym owner CJ cares about his members and listens to requests and concerns.

Best gym I’ve ever been too! Owners and trainers are the kindest, highly skilled, and passionate I’ve ever seen. Gym environment is unmatched with hard lifters and no negative egos. Incredibly safe family type atmosphere for all kinds of fitness enthusiasts. Love the contrast of the metal weights to the Olympic lifting room. Never thought I’d find all this in one place.
