reviewsWhat Members Say
Members consistently praise the excellent bouldering terrain and challenging problems set by experienced route-setters. Several reviews mention recent improvements in staff friendliness, with employees now described as welcoming and helpful. However, multiple visitors report frustratingly slow check-in processes that can take 20-30 minutes even with pre-filled waivers, and some express concerns about inconsistent front desk service, particularly mentioning staff member Gabe in negative reviews. The cafe service is also noted to be slow at times, with significant waits for drinks.

Beautiful facility! We came for youth Rockclimbing Divisionals from Boise, ID. The waiver was easy to fill out, the front desk was super helpful and very kind and welcoming. I'm glad this location was chosen, we had an excellent time!

Great bouldering and training gym. Lots and lots of wall space with varied terrain. Boulder problems are set by people with a lot of experience which makes the problems interesting and challenging.

We have been going here once a year for about 3 years and would love to give a 5 out of 5 as the actual bouldering part of the gym is fantastic. However, the check in process takes too long, even if you fill out the waiver beforehand. Be prepared for at least 20-30 minutes to check in. Also, it would be great if they offered a half-day pass or something shorter than an all day. Another area in which they are slow is the cafe. Be prepared for a 25 minute wait for hot chocolate. One positive improvement is that the staff is actually friendly now. When we first went, they acted annoyed that people wanted to use the gym, but now they actually smile and greet you. Other than the fact that the employees are slow at checking people in and making drinks, the experience is very enjoyable.

Front desk staff names Gabe did not welcome us in he helped the people in front of us for about 10 min before acknowledging us once he did then he told us he had to fill out a waiver. Once we finally did this he reviewed it about 3x and sent us back to re submit it for minor details like middle names and information matching after we had signed it and had our official names on there. Keep in mind we were there as three potential members to just get a quick tour. That’s ridiculous and enough for us say you know what forget it! Not welcoming not inviting even if you wanted to go grab a quick coffee you wouldn’t be able to.

Not a welcoming place. A few friends and I went in today to tour. Guess that’s not welcomed without waivers and waiting for instructions for 15 min. In trained front desk staff that do not welcome people of color through the door. I guess since I’m not a white young man I was not welcome. Also the staff name Gabe commented on my name since it’s a “boy name” and was shocked when I showed my ID. Very typical coming from someone like that. Closed place. Won’t be back.
