For the past nine years Jonathan Corona, owner of Tensile Strength, has been my trainer. I have been a member of another large, prestigious Sacramento gym and have been trained by several of the multiple trainers who work there. After experiencing a dramatic improvement in my physical condition from my workouts with Jonathan the trainers at the larger gym paled in comparison. Jonathan's workouts never feel like a drudgery; he seamlessly adapts his small, but well equipped, gym to each individual's needs. Every session has something different or new and Jonathan knows just how far to push his clients so that they feel accomplished but never discouraged. I, and other clients that I have spoken with, feel that our health and future physical well-being are squarely in his hands as the results he achieves and the atmosphere that he creates, inspire us with confidence.

Jon is an excellent trainer. Been going for months and have seen major strength and fitness improvements. He can help you achieve your fitness goals in a safe and consistent manner. I had some nagging minor/old injuries that we worked to strengthen and have moved past. Highly recommend.

Tensile strength has definitely got me going in the right path. I suffered a stoke 2 yrs ago and they're definitely responsible for me getting stronger and getting my balance back.
