Pipeworks is EPIC!!! Our Belaying instructor, Neil, is everything a beginner would want in a person taking the lead in teaching an intro to climbing class. He made sure everyone was following along and when someone didn’t quite understand, he took the time to explain the steps. Excellent course and excellent learning environment. Thank you!!!

The complete rock climbing gym! Excellent route setting, friendly staff, as well as all of the training equipment you could want. As far as I am concerned this is the only place you should climb indoors! Full crossfit gym, weights yoga, everything you could want.

They have normal gym things, like weights and machines as well as a sauna. Generally a very good place. 4 stars because I've gone to better gyms, but this one is very top tier. As an aside, there was a crabby woman who checked us in who was a bit rude but who knows maybe she was just having a bad day. Didn't dampen my mood or our session at all.

Been there multiple times. The gym is very nice but the bouldering Mats and crash pads are very dirty and smelly. You see a dust cloud form around someone when they fall. I hope they change it to a better quality or atleast clean it. But overall very solid gym.

Was a former member for about 4 years now, switched out to boulder field. My issues are as follows -Route setting is unenjoyable compared to other gyms I've done, not much modern bouldering but also not much that has been similar to what I've done outside, its a very interesting almost pipeworks type routesetting that may be close to moonboard sets? It is a positive since routes are usually not as soft as other gyms but not as enjoyable. - This might be a personal experience but I'm not a huge fan of the staff, I wouldn't say it was everyone but they were unfriendly on a couple occasions and I even say good morning or hello sometimes and get a blank look. -Finally, one of the biggest problems, the homeless problem. I get that downtown its inevitable, but the parking lot is overrun. There are loose dogs, fires, etc, I don't have this issue at any of the other gyms over there. -Oh, and don't forget the price, its gone from 70-80$ to 115 the time I've been there, that's completely unreasonable. I likely will not be coming back anytime soon.
