I’m new to Pilates but have been an athlete for most of my life, carrying plenty of imbalance issues along the way. I originally tried Pilates hoping it might help, without realizing just how big a difference it could make. After my first conversation with Krysti, I knew I had found the right place to start. Her expertise especially around the pelvic floor and the areas I needed most was exactly what I was looking for. Even though I came in with weaknesses I wish I didn’t have, Krysti creates an environment where I feel completely safe to show up as I am, at the pace and strength I can manage. She makes the work fun, and she’s such a delightful person to be around. Since starting, I’ve gained so much awareness of how my body moves and how I breathe and it’s only been a few weeks!

Krysti has to be one of the most wonderful humans I've ever met. While she's incredibly knowledgeable about both pilates and pelvic health, she's more importantly someone who listens. She makes you feel heard, she takes your insights and knows how to scale things up or down to meet you where you're at in order to make progress. I always leave her sessions better than when I started. Not to mention, her space is just so healing to be in! She's a 10/10.

Krysti is INCREDIBLE! She's so knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Her studio is clean, bright, and motivating. Most importantly, I always leave smiling (even after she kicks my booty).
