I love the local community feel and the friendliness of everyone at PowerPack. The early morning classes are great for my schedule. Between the Barre, HIIT, Running group, Yin Yoga and SMR classes, my body is feeling SO much better! This February challenge is intense, but it's just what I needed to jumpstart my fitness. Thanks for the great energy!

I’ve been coming to powerpack for just over a year now. I’ve had the BEST experiences, with the most PHENOMENAL trainers that has created the most GENUINE community. My first day i thought “are they really all this nice?” And sure enough, they are. From knowing your injuries, to remembering small details in your weekends, this team is one of the best in sacramento. I never truly understood how people build community at the gym, but powerpack has it built and ready to open you with open arms. I routinely take, Lifting & Strength, Barre, and HIIT. I also frequently attend the community events and intend on going to more! ⚡️💪🏼🤍

This is the first gym that I could stick with since my last gym Kaia fit closed at the beginning of COVID. These workouts are fun and challenging. There are a lot of options for classes with HIIT, weight lifting, barre, and boxing. Most classes are 45 minutes so it feels easy to squeeze it into your day. The location is also easy to get to if you are in Land Park. Most coaches don’t give a lot of form corrections, but Coach Sean is good a correcting my form to make sure I don’t get hurt and move through every movement safely.

I have been taking classes at Power Pack Fitness for over a year. It really is a great community. I regularly see friends, neighbors, teachers and familiar faces on a daily basis. Everyone is very supportive and positive. I love the challenge and seeing growth in my abilities and confidence. I would never have tried lifting weights or doing strength training (or running again) if I didn’t join PPF.

I've been attending Power Pack for almost a year, they are the best! So many different class types - Lifting, Barre, HIIT, etc. - truly something for everyone. Every single instructor is 10/10 - gives pointed feedback, and are super motivating. I've continued training through pregnancy, and everyone has been super helpful with modifications when needed. Would absolutely recommend checking out Power Pack!
