Tons of equipment to work with—free weights, cardio machines, and functional training areas. There’s never a long wait for equipment. The gym is always spotlessly clean, which is a huge plus for me. Shout out to all the staff employees for keeping up with maintenance. I frequently see them cleaning and organizing, which is highly appreciated.

Only lose one start because the location isn't the best. But overall this gym is good it's never super crowded and has plenty of machines and weights so there isn't a wait for them at all. The "vibe" is also good, lots of beginners and there isn't an intimidation factor. I'm very pleased with my membership so far

This location is a bit small and crowded. With no pully cable double stacks. They only have the large cable area which is busy so you wont be able to use both sides for cable chest flys unless it's a slow day. Machines are ok. I do like that it isnt too loud w the music and it's pretty dim inside. Overall it is ok.

This is the WORST PF I've ever been to. We went to this location over 3 years. The music is EXTREMELY way too loud. I've talked to the staff, the manager AND District Manager, Marcus at least 50 times about the volume of the music with no change. I'm also a combat veteran with severe PTSD and the loud music triggers it as well as the lack of empathy with the music after I've asked them repeatedly to turn down the music. I spoke with several other members and they don't want to rock the boat so they don't say anything. We live close and this was a convenient drive. Everybody in there working out has ear buds in and even with that, I could not hear the music I listen to because the music in the gym is so loud. It's ridiculous. My husband even bought ear canceling headphones and after my workout they were too filled with sweat so that's not an option for me. Every other PF I've gone to has their music at a level that is acceptable to not interfere with my ear bud music. Do not go to Mack Road. The staff are very rude as well and they say they can't lower the music volume. Very bad PF. If I could give a minus rating, I would. We even switched to Stockton Blvd location which was such a lovely switch because the staff and music were pleasant. Now we go to the new Elk Grove location. We love it there!!! Staff is very pleasant and it's new. I love all the perks as a Black Card member. When we walk in, all we see is helpful staff, smiles and satisfied customers.
