I just Love this Location the staff is friendly and even knows you by your name....I feel safe and umbothered ....its always clean in the restroom...the only thing that has irritated me is the grouchy older elderly male employee that really won't speak or smile or engage...like he really doesn't want to be there....other than that this Location is Awesome!!!!!

5138 Stockton Boulevard location. I came to check it out. I was liking it till a rude customer was blasting his rapp music over Planet Fitness' already playing rock music. He said his battery was dead in his earplugs. So why play it loudly? Yes, I spoke to the employee at the front desk and apparently it's the norm there.

This lady opened her door and hit my car after I seen where and it was the bumper I waived it off and said just be mindful next time She instantly got offended and became hostile and threatening I let employees know so they left a note for her account to be reviewed . Im just baffled on how fast people escalate situations Oh and she was screaming at the top of her lungs at every response .

Angel and Alex front head clerks at planet fitness were disrespectful and tried to lie about allowing me and my black card guest to use the hydromassage, usually the clerk in the morning is really nice and allows us to use it no problem.. angel said they only allow 1 time courtesy use but policy states they aren't entitled but they can still use i pay 25$ a month and these guys are jokes please fire them and get some nice people in here.
