Juliana is an outstanding instructor! She is one of the few instructors I can follow based solely on verbal cues which is very impressive, especially for a visual learner like myself. Her visual prompts are also outstanding. She adapts movements to all skill levels and gives modifications for any injuries or limitations without judgement. Her routines have provided me balanced and rewarding workouts that make me look forward to her next classes. I highly recommended Juliana to anyone looking to start or continue Pilates.

Juliana is a fantastic teacher! I’ve been doing individual and and small group sessions online with Juliana for over a year now, and she always checks in on my previous injuries or problem spots before starting, but she also pushes me to work hard. She truly listens and she knows her stuff! I’ve even convinced a friend to join her session with me, and now she joins regularly too. I highly recommend trying out her classes.

I absolutely enjoyed doing pilates sessions with Juliana. I'm shorter and heavier, so my range of motion is not great. Juliana was able to help me modify my exercises so they would be possible for myself, and also have that muscular burn!🔥 After a few sessions I already felt my core strengthen. I'm not just taking abs, but upper and lower back and butt too. I will definitely be doing more sessions! Thank you!

Juliana is a kind and welcoming instructor. As a newbie to Pilates, I appreciated that it was still easy to pick up and included foundational knowledge. Will definitely take more classes with her.
