Moving here and finding a home gym was something I struggled with and as a pilates girl, they offer hot pilates which gives me the option to combine all of my classes as one and save money. They have a gym downstairs with tons of different workouts and hot pilates upstairs. Canceled my multiple gym membership and got these instead. Instructors are very good, workout is amazing, I sweat and burn everytime, results speak for themselves. I highly recommend.

5 stars for this fitness studio. I signed up for the 2 week pass and took about 8 classes in that period. The hot pilates classes were unbelievably challenging. Make sure you hydrate. The kettlebell classes are phenomenal and the battlerope class is tough! The instructors are great. I specifically am going to call out Pearl, Makaela and Danny. Wonderful staff a the front desk, space is clean, bathrooms are clean. They have yoga mats you can rent if you forgot yours at home. I am now a member. These classes make you both physically and mentally strong.

I absolutely love this studio! I started taking hot Pilates back in August, and it's hands down the toughest workout I’ve ever done (that hot room is no joke). But the way I feel afterward is incredible… which is exactly why I keep coming back for more. I’m about 60 classes in now, and I’m nowhere near slowing down. The instructors are amazing, and the staff is always so warm, welcoming, and helpful. If you’re looking for a workout that challenges you physically and boosts you mentally, this is the place. Couldn’t recommend it more!

I’ve been coming here for about two years now and I really enjoy the hot Pilates classes. The past few weeks I’ve been taking Jacquelin’s Hot Pilates classes on Saturday mornings and they are an AMAZING workout. She challenges you and has the best playlist. I highly recommend taking one of her classes! 10/10

This experience was very disappointing, especially because this was once a place I genuinely enjoyed for unwinding and working out. Over time, the environment became increasingly hostile and demanding, with constantly changing rules and recurring fees. One particularly upsetting encounter involved an instructor: because the rules were not clearly communicated, I accidentally missed a class and signed up for another. I was then called out, put on the spot in front of the entire class, and ultimately asked to leave. I found this extremely unprofessional and poorly handled, especially in the way I was spoken to, as if I did not understand. To make matters worse, my personal situation was openly discussed with others, with the instructor accusing me of not showing up for a class after calling in. She questioned my guest and other attendees about the situation, shared my business publicly, and asked them to relay messages on her behalf. This made me feel embarrassed, uncomfortable, and disrespected. As a result, I was unable to fully enjoy my year-long membership. I later contacted the studio regarding a late fee that was charged after my membership had already ended. I found this extremely unprofessional and concerning, as it felt like unauthorized access to my account when I was no longer associated with the business through an active membership or class enrollment. For a business that promotes itself as a peaceful space with a “you vs. you” mindset, my experience felt quite the opposite — more like “you vs. me.” It ultimately felt as though this company is more focused on collecting money than supporting its members, charging fees whenever possible rather than prioritizing customer care. I would not recommend this establishment and believe there is significant room for improvement in how customers are treated, with more care, transparency, and professionalism.
