26 classes in 5 weeks! One Flow is not your typical Yoga Studio, and I mean that in the best way. The studio offers a variety of classes, letting you choose Vinyasa or one of the types of classes they're known for. The heated rooms, great music, and continuous movement were not what I expected, and I fell in love with the Sculpt and Power classes, bringing friends and my partner to join the sweaty fun. I left Cape Town a few days ago, and I'm bummed I won't find an experience like this anywhere in the States (that I know of). What a solid workout and standard -- highly recommend.

Welcoming yoga studio with everything you need to visit, start a regular practice, find community, get in shape, or just relax and stretch. They take cleanliness seriously, they are warm, and welcoming. I love that they don’t rely on the names of the poses but guide you through what to do on your journey to a pose, it makes you concentrate and pay attention to your muscles. Small touches show they pay attention - like a tour when you are new, water bottles and mats to borrow, large studio space, online classes, friendly and knowledgeable instructors, hair ties to keep if you need one, sanitized blocks, home made muffins and coffee and tea on the weekend, showers, changing rooms, and plenty of street parking. Lovely studio, worth checking out!

One Flow is an exceptional place to practice yoga. I’ve been practicing intermittently there since 2014 and have always been accepted warmly no matter what my level of ability and/or readiness to practice. More recently I’ve made a stronger commitment to my practice and have been at the studio multiple times a week for the past five months. I can feel the difference physically and emotionally! The no judgement no pressure vibe, as well as the warm and accepting community fostered by Kate and Tracy makes One Flow Yoga an East Sac gem. Thank you Kate and Tracy for all you do.

I had done a little yoga here and there over the years, but decided to finally commit and take the Beginners Series at One Flow—and I’m so glad I did. Almost a year later, I can honestly say this place has changed my life. The teachers are warm, friendly, and genuinely care. They make you feel welcome no matter your experience level. The classes are a great mix of fun and challenging, and there’s always something new to learn. What really makes One Flow special is the community. Everyone is kind and supportive, and it feels easy to connect with others. They also offer cool events and workshops that help you grow your practice and meet others! I’m so grateful I found One Flow. It’s helped me be more present, more grounded, and has taught me so much—both on and off the mat.
