I still wonder why Greta is not famous. She's young and bright, yet holds the spirit of some old wise sage. Every time I use her video library or have a personal 1 to 1 session I leave inspired, taller, more centered and confident. Greta is a body guru - a must meet "pilates professor" who really knows what she is doing. If you have any form of severe back pain she is your answer - no need to look further.

I’ve take private and group Pilates in New York and San Francisco, Montreal and Boulder and places in between. But you don’t have to travel outside of Sacramento to find one of the best teachers I’ve ever had. Greta is not just a skilled teacher with a thorough understanding of the Pilates method. Greta helps you understand how your body works. I’ve had so many AHA moments with Greta. I always leave a session with greater awareness and a new understanding of my body in space. I feel more confident and find more ease of movement after my sessions.

I've been doing Pilates for over 6 years, and Greta is hands down the best Pilates instructor I've ever had. She is very knowledgeable, gives easy-to-follow instructions, and personalizes every class. I look forward to every Pilates class with her and I always feel the positive results after each class. Even though classes switched to online when the pandemic hit, her training never skipped a beat. I highly recommend Greta if you're looking for a Pilates instructor.
