Catherine is a teacher's teacher. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, sensitive, and has a keen eye for alignment and safety. Catherine teaches with humor and lightness, meeting each student as they show up on their mats. Her intuition and teaching experience are apparent even in the virtual setting, where she guides her students by watching and observing them, rather than staying on her mat and having the students watch her. I always feel better after practicing with her. I'm honored to call Catherine my colleague and friend.

Catherine is a true professional, she is incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and simply amazing at what she does. I am SUPER picky pants about yoga teachers and I can not recommend her enough. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you will absolutely benefit from her classes.

Catherine is super inviting. She's deeply experienced in yoga and able to work with less experienced and more experienced folks. She often gives me just the adjustment I need to get into a pose (via Zoom)! She's funny, chill, knowledgeable, and I always feel more grounded and capable after class. I love that she also does coaching and combines body work with personal growth and shadow work.

Catherine is a dynamic yoga teacher who has a wonderful ability to connect with her students. She checks in with her students at the beginning of each class and then uses her vast understanding of yoga to create a class that meets their needs. I always feel so much better in body and spirit after a session with Catherine. I have also attended Catherine’s Shadow workshop. Fortunately for me, I took the workshop before the Covid quarantine. I often called on the ideas I learned from Catherine to help me cope during those tough months.
