I'm quite satisfied with the customer service offers that Mark, the employee provided for me, a member of the previous Fitness 19 business that was taken over by Lifestyle Gym. Discounts were satisfying, the gym looks as nice as it did when I used to go there, and I feel welcomed there.

Me and my wife left this gym over two years ago. I literally just got a call and a text from the owner saying that she owes past due amounts and to avoid collections. We went in there to cancel her membership, which they changed the systems over so we had to call and do it over the phone which I stood there and watched her cancel it. They advised that for her to pay the remainder of that month and the next month which she did, now out of the woodworks right before Christmas somehow we still owe money. This place is crooked. Don’t go to this gym it’s not worth the money. The fact that you can’t cancel the gym membership inside the gym and they make you call a third-party is already a red flag. If I could leave no stars I would and you can look at my reviews. I never leave a bad review but as far as this one is concerned, yes I’m leaving a bad review. Screw this place. I hope they go bankrupt and go under.

I just got a call from these people saying that my gym membership was never canceled even though I went in person and canceled and now I supposedly “owe money”. Called my bank and got a list of statements and the last time they tried to/did charge my card. Verified the cancellation date as well which was over 2 years ago! Never once did they ever try to reach out via email/mail or try to call me (until today). Typical scam artists trying to steal money from people and judging from these reviews, it is not the first time. Terrible business.

Just got a call from these guys claiming I owe them 70$ from 2021 when they were owned by diffrent management. Seems pretty scammy as I have never had anyone reach out until now and don’t even have access to statements from them. Now they are threatening to move towards the “next steps” in this process.
