I cannot recommend Iron Roots enough! Ben is AMAZING. This is more than a gym, it's a community. I've never attended a gym that was so motivating and welcoming, AND also pushed you to do your best every time. Ben has really created a unique space- what stood out to me the most when I started is how much he genuinely cares about everyone in there. Ben is not only knowledgeable, he is kind and passionate about helping others lead a healthy lifestyle. I've been going three times a week, and his level of attunement to his students has remained high and consistent. If you'd like to start exercising or get more consistent with it, go to Iron Roots. Ben has a wide variety of classes, nutrition coaching, and a wonderful community of people around him. Just go once and you'll see.

I joined Iron Roots about four months ago and I have been going 3-4x per week since joining. Ben, the owner and main coach, is amazing! He just really breaks down how to lift and cares a lot about our form. It helps build a solid foundation before starting to do more advanced things or lifting heavier. Everyone and anyone can take his classes -- beginners or experienced. He has created such a fun community, everyone supports one another, and it's what keeps us consistent!

I’ve loved coming to Iron Roots! The community vibe is so welcoming and fun, and I always felt like I belonged. Behruz (Ben) and Jackie are both awesome coaches. They’re super clear with the techniques, encouraging, give great feedback, and their energy is genuinely caring toward everyone. They’re so knowledgeable and I’ve always felt supported in my growth here. The classes are both challenging and accessible. They work you hard here and at your level! I came here as someone who has never been very physically strong or been to a gym/trained with weights before, but wanted to build long-term strength. There’s so much variety in weights and exercise options and they’re so supportive in meeting you wherever you’re at. We’re all at different levels and fitness goals, and it really feels like there’s a place for everyone here. I’ve been here for almost 2 months (!!!) and it’s felt so seamless. I eat better, I’m stronger, I’m more confident. I’ve learned so much. I highly recommend Iron Roots to anyone wanting to improve their fitness. I’m so appreciative of this space and am excited to keep growing!

Iron Roots is awesome! Everyone is so warm, welcoming and most importantly encouraging. Both Ben and Jackie are super good at what they do, helping me to push harder to see real results. I just finished my first month and it’s kicking my ass in the best way possible! I’m definitely getting stronger and I have more energy. You will absolutely reach your fitness goals with Iron Roots

I signed up for a 6 week program because I was feeling like my health and fitness was trending in the wrong direction. I love the program. It's very doable. Provided me with structure, accountability and motivation that I was looking for. It's fun and it works. After 4 weeks I already feel stronger and look leaner. As a side effect my mood and confidence also has improved!
