Wow I mean wow ! Finally, a gym that is affordable, clean workout facility with lots of smiling faces run by a team of true professionals. This is amazing. I definitely recommend taking advantage of the low monthly payments. I love their style of They’re not trying to kill people and they know things are rough now you can finally give yourself a chance to have what you want. ! This gym has been my home away from home for six years, helping me to attain and maintain my fitness level. My teenaged daughter joins me for working out now and she has been welcomed with the same care, attention, and respect. I cannot overstate the positive impact this gym community has had in our lives. Got Muscle is clean, friendly, professional, and full of equipment that is highly functional. The price is impossible to beat in Sacramento and the family feeling of this old-school gym is impossible to find anywhere else. The reason why I am a healthy person is because of Mr. and Mrs. Fears and the amazing community they have built at Got Muscle. The management and staff are extremely knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition for all ages. They are encouraging, helpful, and kind and so is everyone who works out here. Highly recommend.

Facilities are good, some of the staff is good no real complaints about the gym and also low volume of people. The reason I gave them a 3 star rating is because it’s a business and they can definitely improve. They did a horrible job at notifying clients with reopening but the other issue is bill pay. I always set automatic bill pay because I forget but if for what ever reason your payment doesn’t go through instead of notifying you, you receive a letter from a third party company requesting the payment. Like I said some staff is good but if you get the wrong person on the phone from the gym they definitely lack professionalism so I just hung up instead of being disrespectful.

This is a great gym for building muscle. There's a ton of old school machines and weights to choose from. However, I'm not so sure that's a large enough pay off to compensate for the unprofessional staff, particularly a black guy named George. He is extremely rude and, given the chance, will hit on your girlfriend. Also, all member's files are hard copies, kept in a filing cabinet, making cancellation a nightmare. They will lose your paperwork and keep charging you. And, yes, no air conditioning unless it gets to 90° inside.
