Saturday morning with Carrie at Fusion is beyond words. Carrie will guide you on a journey of spiritual and physical healing. I have practiced yoga all over the US, and you can expect nothing less than a knowledgeable caring and observant instructor second to none. I feel better after classes at yoga fusion. I also like the fact that instructors are sensitive to injuries and can suggest accommodations for my yoga practice so that I don't injure myself and I am able to heal the body mind spirit.
