Awesome gym I loved coming here the vibes are like any hardcore body builder type gym, you’ll always see someone bigger than you and it’s kind of motivating. The sauna was great could be better but still better than a lot of other gyms. Boxing room is great too. Place is clean and pretty well kept. I don’t know about the Curent staff but the previous staff when I was coming here back in 2016-2022 definitely had a few weird characters. I got banned for pouring water on sauna and they did give me three warning so that’s fair ban(make sure not to do that). Other wise 10/10

This is the best gym in the greater Sacramento area! Super clean gym, with so much friendly personnel. With a great variety of equipment! The management here, Barak, Joseph, Rey are absolutely amazing here. The staff here as well, Jasmine, Arianna, Eliana and even the childcare are so sweet. I highly recommend this gym :)

This place rocks. I love going here every morning. It has the perfect equipment for bodybuilding and powerlifting. The early morning staff is friendly and they keep this place clean. Always vacuuming or mopping or cleaning up plates laying on the ground. I appreciate all the effort they put in to keep the place nice. I recommend this gym to anyone newbie to advanced lifter. It’s got everything you could ever need to build every muscle in your body.

I’ve been around this gym a long time, long enough to see it go through its ups and downs. I’ll be the first to say I don’t hand out compliments easy. Most of the time standards slip and nobody seems to notice.But I will say, there’s a long haired kid in the morning that reminds me how this place used to be kept. always smiling Always moving, always wiping things down, not standing around like most do now. You come in early and the place actually looks taken care of.Management ought to pay attention to that, because guys like that are hard to come by these days.

If I could give a one star I would. This has been one of the most frustrating gym experiences I’ve ever had. Their communication is absolutely horrible. The team members are rude, dismissive, and act like you’re bothering them just by asking basic questions. There’s zero professionalism or accountability here. Instead of helping customers, they make everything harder and more stressful than it needs to be. On top of that, they are clearly money-hungry. They’re quick to charge you, but when it comes to fixing billing issues, cancellations, or mistakes on their end, suddenly no one wants to help. It feels predatory, not customer-focused. If you value your time, money, and sanity, I’d suggest going somewhere else. There are plenty of gyms out there that actually care about their members — this is not one of them.
