I almost don’t want everyone to know how great they are because I don’t want to fight to get into classes! Seriously, the trainers are kind and knowledgeable. They are also very patient with all skill levels. The studio is clean and everything is laid out nicely. The classes have a variety of skills and I haven’t taken two similar classes. Each instructor writes a different flow for each class. I also love that we do reformer, chair, floor and springboard for a variety in workouts. Really love this place and I’m glad they are in our neighborhood.

I joined the Pocket Club Pilates studio when it opened in March 2025. I am still a devoted member today. This is the first exercise ever that I have remained committed to and enjoy going to as often as I can. My body has been transformed in many ways over the last year. More importantly, mentally I am feeling strong, positive, and confident. I’ve never felt that way about any other workout. The staff are helpful and kind and the instructors are knowledgable and willing to help you be your best and improve your practice. Take a class and see for yourself!

I signed up for an intro class because I've heard great things and wanted to pick up something new to keep myself fit. After my last patient at 530, I booked it from Kaiser Roseville to pocket for the 6pm class because its my home studio, I was really disappointed with how I was treated. I was running a few minutes late as I have already mentioned and wanted to support the club and buy their socks but did not have my cc with me. (I had my cc on my phone but they did not take electronic payments.) I asked if I could pay after, and it was a no and had to run out to my car. I felt bad holding up the class, as I was the last one in. It felt like this business transaction for a pair of socks was more important than anything. If I were treated like a family instead of a business transaction, I would not have hesitated to sign up for the club on the spot. I think people like myself are looking for a kind and more welcoming environment because the pocket community is a small community. The class itself was just alright. Maybe its because I'm new to the whole pilates scene but it was a little slow and the instructor had no affect in facial expression during class. The location/club is super clean, very new and great location for the pocket community.

Excited to have a CP studio in my hood! Super close to home. So far Arielle is my fave instructor. Her tone is so calming and friendly, she is very up beat. She really cares about her role in the students practice. Will be booking more of her classes and wish she had more. Have heard horrible stories about instructors from students in other CP studios so I hope this wont be the case here.
