Club Pilates is my favorite exercise right now. I did it over 2 years. I am feeling very strong, flexible and balanced. The teachers are the best. They are very experienced and helpful for everyone. I tend to take the same classes and I really value the other members who I see day in and out. They are always supportive and its not a competitive environment. I can't image giving up my membership.

I am in my mid 50s, and I am not someone who has a natural passion for exercise, especially resistance training. I found Club Pilates years ago and began taking classes regularly. The instructors are knowledgeable and helpful and I quickly fell in love with Pilates. I noticed within the first month that I was feeling stronger, walking with better posture, and more tuned in to my muscles, even during regular everyday movement. It was the first resistance training I have ever been consistent with, and over the course of a couple of years I attended over 250 classes. Then the pandemic…and I just never seemed to get motivated to start exercising again. Since I am currently on summer break, I decided to re-enroll and give it another try. Mercy, the manager,was so kind and helpful, answering all of my questions and helping me get signed up again. It’s been a couple of weeks, and I have taken multiple classes (starting back at level 1). I can already feel myself getting stronger, and I’m so happy to be back. If you have never tried reformer Pilates, give Club Pilates a try. They offer a free intro class. I highly recommend checking it out!

Very great place to work out I am new to Pilates and I can honestly say I have finally found a workout that works for me and my body! Clean place, organized, instructors I have had have been great so far, easy to communicate with staff via text if I have any questions usually respond in a timely manner, booking classes on the app is super easy and efficient, a little pricy but you get what you pay for and so far it has been worth it for me. Overall great experience with club Pilates Elk Grove so far!

I have been a member of Club Pilates since 2018 and have proudly accomplished over 2000 classes. The instructors have extensive training and support. Melissa Di Domenico is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable. She makes the practice challenging yet fun.

I’ve truly enjoyed the past four months at Club Pilates. Carla is a fantastic instructor. Her energy makes the classes enjoyable, and she consistently challenges us to grow. Unfortunately, I chose to part ways due to communication issues with management when I attempted to upgrade my membership. Overall, it’s a great studio with a positive atmosphere. I do think having a dedicated front desk person in the mornings would improve the experience, especially for check-ins and membership-related questions.
