Man, where do I even start? I was visiting a friend in Sacramento and needed a gym to get a workout in. I saw this City Sports nearby and decided to give it a try — and honestly, it’s by far the best one I’ve been to. The space is large, super clean, and has a top-notch recovery station that I haven’t seen at any of their other locations. It really feels like an all-in-one experience. The only thing missing is a sauna, but the recovery area definitely makes up for it. If I lived in the area, this would easily be my go-to gym. I’m even considering driving up from the Bay once in a while just to get a session in, lol.

The gym facilities are excellent, and the team and staff are highly supportive. The expansive space is equipped with a wide array of workout equipment, ensuring minimal waiting times. Cleanliness is a top priority, extending to the bathrooms, showers, and locker rooms. Should any issues arise, the staff is readily available to address them promptly. Overall, it is a superb fitness establishment.

I had a great experience at City Sports Club in Curtis Park, and I especially want to recognize Martin, the general manager. He was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely helpful in assisting me with sorting out my membership. Beyond the great customer service, the facility itself is excellent, clean, well maintained, and never overcrowded. There’s always room on the machines, which makes workouts efficient and enjoyable. Overall, this is a well-run gym with a welcoming atmosphere, and Martin’s outstanding customer service truly sets it apart.

New to Sacramento and friends recommended City Sports at Landmark. Martin the manager gave me a tour and was super chill. I’m mainly here for the weights and stretching areas—they're spacious and not too crowded. I definitely recommend off peak hours and bringing your own lock for the locker. I also spotted a swimming pool, PRT studio and Cryo Chamber, which I plan to try out. Solid gym with good vibes!

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING EXCEPT A BASIC GYM MEMBERSHIP! Meaning.... Do not sign up for personal training or PRT. I have a qualifying reason and proof to cancel & getting out of it has been a nightmare and I believe that it might effect their pay checks or something if we cancel because they do not get back to you!! I have been trying to get my personal training membership canceled with DAVID for a 40 days now and he just will NOT get back to me. He was hella nice when I was joining... Now... NOTHING! Even if I COULD keep the personal training membership, I wouldn't because it's not even worth it. I do better work outs on my own. This is my first review. I will continue to leave reviews on other platforms and then I will escalate this as necessary if I do not get results.
