Wow. This is such a fantastic little gym! Jacob gave me a tour and answered all my questions. He is a really great guy. Sign up was easy. I love the 24 hour access. The place is clean and well maintained. I am really really impressed. There are a number of negative reviews in the history of this gym, but if you look you will notice that the ownership changed a few years ago and that since then there are many more positive reviews. While this gym is small, it has everything I need and is in a great location.

I’ve been going to Anytime Fitness East Sacramento for well over a year now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a genuinely friendly and welcoming staff. They’re always upbeat, helpful, and more than willing to answer questions or offer guidance when needed. It really sets the tone for a positive workout environment. The recent renovations have completely transformed the space. It feels modern, bright, and much more open than before. The layout is excellent—everything is well organized, from the free weights and machines to the cardio area and stretching zones. You never feel cramped, even during peak hours. Cleanliness is another big plus. The equipment is well-maintained, and staff are frequently wiping things down or restocking cleaning supplies. It’s clear they take hygiene seriously, which I really appreciate, especially in a gym setting. Whether you're a regular lifter, just starting your fitness journey, or somewhere in between, Anytime Fitness East Sacramento has something for everyone. Friendly staff, great energy, a top-tier facility, and an environment that actually makes you want to keep coming back.

I love this gym! Been coming for about a year and a half and it’s become my second home. The trainers are amazing; I worked closely with Jaelynn for about a year and she taught me great skills to continue on my own. Everyone has always been so welcoming, I always get a warm greeting whenever I come in. Facility is always clean, and the live plants add a nice touch to feel like home. Plus the new remodel is beautiful 🙌🏻 Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

My access to two locations was revoked because I posted a Google review noting that trainers did not show up on time for scheduled appointments.
