The Monday night class with Dorothy is incredible. She is a calming and helpful instructor. She asks all the right questions ("Do you want to put your leg up or are you happy with where it is?") before offering assistance/corrections. Her class is suitable for all bodies and abilities---she offers real modifications, not just hard and harder. She brings people support props or a strap or a block if she thinks it would help. And she does affirmations, which you can take or leave. I find them nice and positive. The style is yin yoga (as far as I know) where we hold positions for minutes at a time. Slow transitions and lots of stretching. Low exertion like you probably won't sweat but you will be fully stretched out after this class. Gorgeous space too. I found it on Classpass.
