I started Pilates because I’ve always enjoyed yoga, and I’m having so much fun learning thanks to Jini, who teaches exactly the way I prefer. The facility is clean, and I love that there’s a tidy stretching zone right next to the second-floor Pilates studio. Plus, there are cardio and strength training machines on the second floor, so I’ve been making good use of the facilities even after my Pilates classes!

Gym is not as crowded as other gym and it is clean. I joined specifically for the person pilates training and loved it! Drew is such a good and friendly instructor. I learned a little and got more comfortable with it. Membership is expensive though.

This is a completely honest and transparent review, with no bias toward this gym. I’ve been a member for two weeks now, mainly because it’s close to my house, although I also considered other options like 24 Hour Fitness. Still, I wanted to try something “different.” At the time I usually go, it’s not very crowded, so I basically have everything I need to work out. The equipment is in good condition, the bathrooms (locker room area) are kept clean, and it seems like they even offer free parking (though I always walk). But! Not everything is positive. For the price you pay ($$$), the gym definitely needs some painting and maintenance — the walls look old, and in some areas the paint is even peeling off. Even though there are signs reminding members to clean up their space after using it, many people ignore this (at least in my experience). They also don’t put the weights back where they belong. Another issue is ventilation. While it doesn’t smell like sweat, the air feels heavy and it gets uncomfortably hot. The men’s bathroom, while “acceptable,” only has one sink to wash your hands, which seems a bit ridiculous. On top of that, I’ve found the toilet and urinal not properly cleaned on several occasions. For now, I’ll keep going, but I really hope the gym improves its conditions over time, because it’s definitely not cheap. In fact, if you compare it to LA Fitness in Miracle Mile, that one is less expensive and in much better shape in every way.

THIS IS NOT A FREE TRIAL. THIS IS A DELAYED BILLING WITH THE FIRST WEEK FREE. UPDATE ADDED BELOW!!!!! Wilfit advertises a “7-day free trial,” but you are required to give payment information, preselect a membership, and are automatically enrolled and charged after seven days unless you cancel. This was confirmed by staff in writing (see screenshot). This is not stated anywhere when That means you are signed up before you try the gym. The only way to avoid being charged is to remember to cancel. That is not a free trial. That is delayed billing. Calling this a free trial is like a car dealership advertising a free test drive but requiring you to agree to buy the car first and cancel afterward if you change your mind. Most people would never accept that. Staff were polite, but the policy is misleading. People should know this before they show up and are asked for their credit card. UPDATE: Wilfit says in their response: "As clearly outlined during sign-up, payment information is required and billing only begins after the 7 days if the membership is not canceled. This is explained upfront so there are no surprise charges." That is a stone cold lie!!! It´s quite the opposite. This is not mentioned at all when signing up online for the free trial. And even in the follow up email I got is this: "All you gotta do is show this image at the front desk like you’re checking in—and that’s it." Please see a screenshot of the email.
