Was visiting town for work and found whole body method, signed up for the new client special and had 3 amazing workouts that left me feeling much lighter in my posture, stronger balance and my neck pain was gone. The instructors were great and I thoroughly enjoyed the classes they led. I’m definitely planning to come back the next time I’m in town! Highly recommend!

Sunday practice with Cynthia! It’s been an incredible addition to my commitment to pilates. The studio is warm and gorgeous. Cynthia is pure joy and takes us on a journey in class that keeps you reaching for greatness. Heart is full practicing here. 🩷

I’ve had consistently amazing Sessions with every instructor. Particularly the attention to form and very Supportive if you have injuries. The vibe feels very easy and generous, fantastic atmosphere. So glad I found WBM!
