I have been training with Killian for the past 6 weeks, and highly recommend working with him! He is patient, encouraging, and incredibly attentive to proper form and technique. In a short amount of time, I have seen major improvements in my body awareness, cardio endurance, and ability to lift heavier weights. He has also helped me better understand how my body works (what it needs to recover, how to lose fat, and how to perform at my best). I've always pushed myself to stay active and work out regularly, but training with Killian has made my fitness journey so much easier, less overwhelming, and something I actually look forward to! His approach is structured and professional, and the results speak for themselves!

If you're looking for the best personal training in LA, this is it. While expensive at first glance, the quality, quantity, and attention you get is unparalleled. Working with Reggie has been transformative to my life: helping me find healthy relationships with nutrition, training, and overall improving my health while I enter my 30s. Reggie has done a great job at monitoring my nutrition, making suggestions on meals, adjusting plans with precision, and providing variety in workouts. In addition, he's gone above and beyond in teaching me how to continue this on for life, educating me along the way, and explaining the intricate details of all the experiences . The gym is top notch: clean, tons of equipment. Everyone in the gym contributes to the professional, respectful, and friendly vibe. UP gets my highest recommendation to friends and family

Overall the most positive gym experience of my life! It took a little while to find the right trainer for me but once I did the experience got even better. My takeaways - great team at Brentwood, yes it's a big investment but so worth it, & a more holistic experience than I thought it would be.

Ask for Killian! I've been training with him for quite some time and it's been the most effective workout I've done yet. My goals are specific: Keep me safe, teach and maintain proper form & technique, and keep increasing weight load as I adapt. He does all of that and keeps me accountable to increasing what I can lift. Importantly, he is professional, friendly, and reasonable. I don't do fads diets, or don't tolerate trainers who treat staying healthy as a crash course/temporary fix with unrealistic goals. This is a permanent way of life for me and he is really supportive of that!
