Love this facility. Hooked on the Functioning Training classes. Facilities are exceptional clean, staff is always friendly and helpful. Instructors are extremely knowledgable and take the time to point out proper ways of doing exercises. Loaded with top notch equipment. Highly recomend.

Definitely the best gym in Santa Monica! It’s always clean, well maintained, and the classes are amazing. I love the pool, it’s never too crowded and the sauna is a big plus. The squash court is great as well! I usually take the classes at lunch or after work because it works out nicely with my work schedule.

Trifit Santa Monica – My Wellness Home Away from Home I've been a member at Trifit in Santa Monica for some time now, and I can honestly say it's been a lifesaver. This gym is more than just a place to work out—it's a community. The atmosphere is welcoming, the members are friendly, and there's a genuine sense of connection that you don't find at many other fitness centers. What truly sets Trifit apart, though, are the owners. They are top-notch humans who genuinely care and are present at the gym, checking in and making sure everything runs smoothly. That level of involvement creates a warm, personal touch you can feel the moment you walk in. The facility itself is immaculate. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority, and the staff is equally outstanding—attentive, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. I'm especially a fan of the functional training and HIIT classes. Aaron and Ben are fantastic—fun, professional, and really know their stuff. They make classes motivating and fun. I’ve seen major improvements in both my physical and mental health since joining. Trifit is more than a gym—it’s a sanctuary for anyone looking for variety, feel supported, and be part of something real. Highly recommend.

The general manager here (Shirley) is a problem, and causes more problems than solutions. I have been a member here (off and on), since 2012. On fully since 2019. Management (and the pool lanes) are a consistent problem. Moreover, the pool water is high in bacteria and fungi. They won’t keep the water clean.
