I had an amazing time training at The Lab. The facility is top-tier; they have an impressive variety of high-end equipment that you just don't see at your average gym. Beyond the gear, the decor 😍😍😍😍 and layout are incredibly sleek and well-thought-out— it creates a professional, motivating atmosphere the second you walk in. What really sets them apart, though, is the staff. They are welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in your experience. Everything you need for a high-quality workout is right here. Great gym in an awesome location. The owner is one of the most knowledgeable and dedicated trainers in the industry. The lab is designed from an authentic passion for peak athletic and physical potential. Every machine and attachment is carefully picked to offer increased stimulation when performing any exercise. Add to that, a Great team of knowledge trainers that can help you ascend beyond wha you thought you were capable of. Really solid vibe! Highly recommend!

really loved the energy at The Lab Athletic club. It feels private, safe, clean and as a woman it’s always important to feel comfortable especially in these spaces. Rocco is so good at creating a really good environment to feel comfortable and at home. Some gyms make you feel “on guard” but The Lab really feels intimate and personal. LOVE the bathrooms and state of the art equipment. the attention to detail is great. Can’t wait to come back.

The Lab is a killer facility! I just moved to WeHo/LA, and this is by far one of the best gyms in the area. They have all the essentials (and even more with their pneumatic machines) you need to have an incredible work out whether you’re lifting or doing cardio. The lighting, music, and vibes you get from a private/boutique gym like this is hard to compare to. The owner Rocco and the rest of the staff are super qualified and personable, and the community in general seems tight-knit. Excited to call this place my gym!

One of the most carefully curated gyms I’ve ever been to. They have equipment for everything you need and then some. I highly recommend the lab for anyone who is serious about working out or athletes looking for the right set up to improve performance. Also the owner Rocco is the man!
