The studio is beautiful and spotless. Courtney is an incredible instructor; she explains everything clearly, walks around to ensure proper form, and consistently offers thoughtful modifications. The class feels great for both beginners and more advanced students because she truly gives individualized attention to everyone. It’s a fantastic workout, the perfect combo of challenge and control. Great sweat, great space, great instructor!

This place is so awesome! The owner is so kind and generous. She’s creating an amazing space. I did a Pilates class - it’s super cool there’s tons of virtual classes you can choose from. I did a 55 minute intermediate class with a focus on glutes and it was a great workout. Facility so so cozy and clean. I then did a sauna and cold plunge for the hour with my boyfriend. It was just what we needed! Cant wait to come back again. If I lived in the area I would have left with a membership today!

I love the services offered, especially the infrared sauna and Pilates. I bit the bullet and got a monthly unlimited membership and it’s completely worth it! Easy booking on the app, online or simply calling in. The staff is efficient, courteous, and super friendly. And the facility is always EXTREMELY clean. Love it love it LOVE IT!

honestly one of the best experiences at a wellness facility i’ve had. i did a private infrared sauna. yes there’s a little dust but it’s an old building made of cedar wood. dust catches. ultimately it’s was extremely clean. soft white towels. lovely showers and the hottest infrared i’ve experienced in LA. i also got a vitamin IV after for the immune system and the room is so relaxing and i’ve never felt better 10/10 recommend

I did a Pilates class with Courtney Mckillip and it changed my day. I walked in drained and I left completely rejuvenated. I did a Pilates class, an hour infrared sauna, cold plunge and a vitamin b12 shot. I treated my friends to it too and we all left smiling and talking about Courtney’s calming energy and professional conduct. We all left our body. Courtney got us to moved muscles that truly have never been moved lol! She’s an asset to sweattheory and I will be going back daily x
