Came for the yoga; stayed for the community. Owners and couple Chris and Kim are so warm, welcoming, and run such a gem of a neighborhood studio. My nervous system is nurtured here. I consistently see regulars. Vanessa and Jordan are a couple of my fav instructors. From vinyasas to sound baths to tai chi and evening wind-down classes, I know if I need to care for my body and move I have a spot to go. And they truly care about the people who go to their classes. Thank you guys so much!!

Wonderful local yoga spot. The owners are well connected to the community and you can sense the pride and commitment they have to their role. Kim and Chris are positive, gentle, attentive and experienced. I took their 30 day new member special and am signing up today before the 30 days are up because I believe in what they're doing. This is a great way to start focusing your intentions on smaller, family run businesses.

The intimate and inspiring studio space is a pleasure to arrive at. The feeling of community is strong. I am new, but the instructors so far have all been very professional and varied.

It’s great!!! Tidy and creative space, with relaxing mood. The experience likes to engage yourself into a performance, then you get energy back from the practice. The music was carefully selected, to flow with the poses.

I've spent a long time looking for a studio the feels like home- at Sunstone I found it! There's a wide variety of classes (in style and time) and it's personal! The teachers know you, the owners know you and it's a lovely place to be. A true hidden gem.
