A friend recommended Studeo! I was visiting from NYC. I was treated as though I was a life long friend. The workout was HARD. Great Energy. Great full body work out! If you are looking to get in shape this team will make it happen. Beginner, Intermediate, expert, their workout are for EVERYONE. Doesn’t matter where you are on your fitness journey. Just go and MOVE.

No words can truly capture the experience at this gym; the team feels like family. From the moment you walk in, to the private training sessions, and even the semi and group classes, it’s a unique blend of all the best gyms in the world. I hesitate to share my thoughts, wanting to keep this gem from becoming too crowded! And let's not forget the full smoothie bar at the end, offering energizing drinks and protein shakes—what more could you ask for?

This is the ABSOLUTE BEST GYM! The Studeo team has helped me achieve my fitness goals! And it keeps getting better! I love the entire team. They are excellent, positive, motivating people who truly embody the fitness and healthy lifestyle. They share knowledge, make workouts super fun, and bring humor and good vibes to every class. I love their seasonal challenges and fitness programs. Workouts are dynamic and engaging. I’ve seen a tremendous improvement in my strength, physique, and stamina! Going to Studeo is the best part of my day, 6 days out of the week! Hell, I’d go all seven days of the week if they were open on Sundays! 😋❤️💪

I’ve been a member of many gyms, pools, clubs, etc. toward maintaining my fitness, and Studeo is the best of the best. Josh and his team are focused on excellence. The training and equipment are excellent, and the staff is … phenomenal. Praise to each and every one of them. The service is personal, the culture top-notch. I am an older client, in my 60s, and am completely comfortable at Studeo. Great communication, lots of laughter about forgetting my shoes. No more aches and pains. This is a special gym.
