Customer service was very nice, met with "Hellos". Explained how much time we had b4 class started. The Sender City person was very nice, explained to kids and parents. Helped with hooking up, and unhooking. Watched over the kids, was very great at giving kids thumbs up. We will b back soon. My son really likes it.

This place is clean and new. It has a boulder section and an amazing top rope section as well as lead climbing options. There is a lot of natural light which is nice and hard to find in many climbing gyms. They also have showers and a sauna!!!! Love this. Did I mention that they have a yoga room and offer yoga classes for members? It’s great. They have a separate area for kids so you don’t have little ones running around where the serious climbers are. Love love love this gym. The only complaint I have is that you need to climb a 5.10a to pass a lead test. As someone who can onsight a 5.10c, I still think it would be nicer to make the lead test easier for those who are battling mental blocks from the height.

I was able to attend the member-only preview day, and it did not disappoint! Thrilled to finally have a Sender One near me. Tons of top rope and lead routes and a massive bouldering area. I hope more routes per wall/rope will be put up, but my climbing partner and I enjoyed the routes that were available! 50ft top rope walls with a good variety of styles. Friendly and welcoming staff and lots of friendly smiles from other climbers. Excited for more regular hours and the gym & yoga areas to come!

We had a free day during our vacation down in the Long Beach area and decided to try out this climbing gym. It was such a fun time! We’ve tried a lot of climbing gyms across the country and this was by far our favorite. Will definitely come back to visit again. They had a great bouldering place, lead and top rope and some auto belay. Highly recommend!

Great place for kids. A little on the small side especially if there is a birthday party happening at the same time. We were overwhelmed and bombarded by a huge birthday party, so our scheduled jump time started 20 minutes later since all had to be fitted/watch the video/get instructions on how to clip in/out etc. I personally think they should have their section exclusively for birthday parties on certain days/times when there is a birthday party booked and those that paid for open climb should get their time slots on those days/times. Would be nice if they sold snacks or at least bottled water. They had a water fountain. I refused to allow my kids to drink from it. But they worked up a heck of a sweat! 😅 Overall, they had fun. The slide was most popular. They haven't asked to go back like they usually do for places they enjoy, so we'll keep venturing out!
