I've only been going to Rocket Fitness for a few weeks, but the impact is huge! The community is incredible, and we're all working together to get healthier and stronger. Our coach Mr. George is super knowledgeable and Christina with Lucy bring endless energy and motivation to the gym.

I only wish I had joined Roocket Fitness sooner. Since becoming a member in January 2025, I’ve experienced real change, not just physically but mentally too. Before Roocket, I treated the gym like a checklist item, just something to get done. Now, coming here feels natural. It’s part of my lifestyle. The moment you walk through the door, you feel the difference. The community is welcoming, the coaches are encouraging, and the members support each other, no matter your fitness level. We all start from different places, but we train together, each working toward our personal goals, and that shared energy is truly motivating. One of my proudest moments was learning to climb the rope by the third month. Since seeing other members climbing the rope, I thought to myself, “I would never be able to do that”. The coach saw potential in me even when I doubted myself. They broke it down step by step, gave me clear instructions, and encouraged me to try it. To my surprised, I made it to the top, I touched the ceiling! That’s the level of dedication the coaches have. They recognize your individual limits but still guide you beyond them. They believe in your growth, and that belief becomes contagious. Roocket Fitness isn’t just a gym, it’s a community where we all support and motivate each other.

I am having a fantastic experience training at Roocket Fitness, and joining this gym has truly been one of my best decisions. The gym offers a wide range of amenities, equipment, and classes to suit different training goals. The coaches are passionate about their work and make sure trainees use proper form in every exercise. Their workouts are thoughtfully designed to be challenging, helping members push their limits and achieve real progress. The CrossFit classes are invigorating and encourage growth beyond one's perceived capabilities. I have had the best experience at Roocket Fitness. I really enjoy the sense of community here because everyone supports each other. I love how strong and full of energy the people are, it always motivates me to keep going. The workouts are also pushing me out of my comfort zone. I am doing things I never thought I could, or at least am learning to do them, and that makes me proud of my progress. The staff is always so supportive and ready to help with any questions, which makes the whole experience even better. Roocket Fitness has definitely been a place where I feel challenged, encouraged, and welcomed.

A few weeks ago, I decided to drop in after a few friends had shared their positive experiences at this gym. I took the Saturday CrossFit class. The workout was intense but not discouraging & the owner/coach George was tough but also motivating. I decided to try out their free 7 day trial, which is a lot more than most gyms offer. To be completely honest, I was not looking for a new gym to join but after completing my trial, I was hooked. The workouts are challenging but are set up in a way that is approachable to all fitness levels. One of the things that stood out to me the most is the staff. From the first day, Cristina at the front desk was very kind and welcoming. I also took a class with Joseph and he immediately approached me, recognizing that I was new. I’ve taken most classes with George and while he is tough, he pushes you in a way that makes you want to achieve more. I signed up for a membership and looking forward to my time here. Definitely recommend!
