Ohhhhh my goodnesssss! This studio changed my life! I did the 200hr yoga teacher training. Claire is incredible with anatomy and I was actually interested in what she was teaching and how she teaches. It’s so informative and completely changed my body, my posture and my breathing!!!! My life is different. I feel so empowered to teach yoga and to bring a new approach of biomechanics and breath to the yoga industry and the wellness scene. Thank you to Daniel and Claire both for bringing th most powerful and practical YTT I could have ever dreamed of. Wildly transformative and totally what I needed to ground me deeply into my root chakra. If you’re thinking about a 200 hr this is honestly the place to do it!!! I love you guys! LETS GOO RISING LOTUS!

At the start of this year I took the new student deal of unlimited classes for 21 days at Rising Lotus Yoga and I’m sooo happy I did. I took a variety of classes beginning with Katie’s peaceful morning flows and Clare’s creative Structural Vinyasa. It was my first time trying this class and I think it helped me think about how I hold my body in certain poses using various props. I really enjoyed Mickis level 2 flow on Sundays with her amazing playlist and playful energy as well as Scherry’s fun flow on Wednesdays. Emily’s Restorative class on Fridays was sooo peaceful and so was Mickis rest class on Sundays. The last class I took was Paula’s level 1. I think it’s so nice she sings to her students at the end of class. I look forward to returning to the studio.

I’ve only taken one class so far, but I really enjoyed it! The Ganesha room is super spacious, which was great because even though the class was full, it didn’t feel crowded at all. They provide blankets, pillows, and blocks, which made the experience even more comfortable. The instructor was friendly and gave helpful guidance, and the woman at the front desk was welcoming.
