I cannot express how great Kim is for this concept and as a trainer. Her workouts are challenging, yet at an individual pace, so I never feel focused on looking around me. She's also incredibly knowledgable and always available for questions about the sets or nutrition. I never feel judged by her, other trainers or patrons. As someone who feels very self conscious in the gym, I'm shocked by how comfortable I feel doing it on the beach. Plus don't we all love going to the beach, none of us Angelinos go enough.

My experience with Pwrgrls has been incredible! Despite being a beginner to strength training, their trainers created a welcoming and safe environment. Their small class sizes allowed for personalized attention, ensuring proper form and support for everyone. Exercising at the beach club was a unique experience, offering both fitness and stunning scenery. I highly recommend Pwrgrls Beach Club, but if the beach isn't your vibe, their Encino location is equally beautiful!

Discovering PWRGRLS has been a life game-changer for me! As someone new to weight training, I was excited yet a bit nervous to start. From the moment I joined, I've been blown away by the experience. The sessions at the beach are so beautiful but also energizing. Each workout is thoughtfully designed to be fun and varied. No two sessions are ever the same and everyone is so patient and kind. The personalized attention from Kim and the coaches is exceptional - they guide, motivate, and genuinely care about your progress. The supportive community atmosphere makes every session enjoyable, and I leave each class feeling stronger and more confident. I am now committed to 3 times a week and wish I could do more! I highly recommend to anyone thinking about joining and I promise you will not be disappointed. ps…I had never lifted weights before but I've made such incredible progress. Huge thank you PWRGRLS team!

If you want to learn to lift, and be supported by incredible, kind, compassionate coaches DO NOT HESITATE to try PWRGRLS Beach Club! Kim has created an incredible, safe space of women empowering women. Thanks to this space I’ve done and learned things I never thought I was capable of! This is an incredible space where no question or concern ever went unanswered. They will modify to your skill level and offer alternatives without hesitation if you don’t feel comfortable doing something. Please give this place a try! It’s truly life changing!

Pwr girls is already the best workout for women who want to get strong and feel empowered. I love Beach Club because I don't ever have to worry about what shoes to wear (hint...go barefoot LOL). Kim and the other trainers are so helpful and make sure everyone can learn at their own pace.
