Platefit is my new favorite workout! It’s just challenging enough that you feel like you’ve had a tough full body workout, but do-able and approachable to all. The vibration is an added bonus. I’ve been introducing all my friends to the studio!

Don’t underestimate the effectiveness of this workout. It’s short but wow it’s such a great workout. My stomach feels flatter after going there 1-2 times per week. Love it

I have loved coming here - by far the toughest workout classes I’ve ever taken and I used to be a competitive distance runner. Strength training is just as needed as cardio and highly recommend this studio for that. Keep it going, Platefit!

I have been going to PLATEFIT for a little over a year, and it has been a game changer! Forget Pilates, I get way more out of 27 minutes on one of these machines, with one of these teachers than any other workout I’ve done. Stop wasting your time and try Plate Fit! Ilia and Matthew are my two favorite teachers. If you want to lift heavy weights, learn some injury prevention techniques, and build visible muscle try Matthew (obsessed) if you want want intense core/full body with light weights and repetition for a more noticeably toned look try Ilia (also obsessed). Also I haven’t had to get monthly messages since starting these classes because of how beneficial the machines are. It’s truly amazing 🙌

Platefit is so amazing. You get an unbelievable workout in 28 minutes. The plate’s vibration is what makes it special. I am addicted.
